theyarethehuntersI dont know about the rest of the UK but the weather in Northern Ireland is so temperamental at the minute. One day its sunny but freezing cold the next its mild and so stormy. It makes taking blog photos or doing anything except lounging in my pjs with a cuppa tea and the walking dead boxset on repeat pretty hard...

irish-style-and-lifestyle-b top-uk-lifestyle-blog top-style-blog style-diary-blogSo fellow bloggers, blog readers, first time readers... I need your help. One of main new years resolutions this year was to dedicate more time and effort to my blog. Working full time, waiting to move into our new home and currently living outta suitcases is making this already difficult. Dave is working long hours in his job & studying most evenings & weekends for upcoming exams so a lot of the time I am without my trusty blog photographer. So here lies where I ask you for help, what would you guys like to see more of on my blog besides outfit photos? Im drawing a mental blank of things I can achieve and photograph on my own. When we move into our new home I hope to take a lot of diy & decor photos as we do up the place but until then what can I share with you that you'd like to see? Love to hear any and all advice!! redhead-style-blogger magpie-girl-wedding-ring-di best-fashion-blog-uk Coat: Zara, Cardigan c/o Sheinside, Dress c/o Glamorous, Necklace: Accessorize, Glasses c/o Swag & Stare, Boots c/o Zalando, Tights: M&S.

  2. The weather's the same in north west England. I think I'd blow away if I tried taking photos outside at the minute!
    Post whatever inspires you.

  3. Ah I can relate, Vicki! I've been taking outfit photos on my own with a tripod and remote, but it's hard to be motivated to do that when I feel so self conscious taking photos of myself in public places! I'd much rather curl up with a book or re-watch episodes of Charmed on Netflix ;)
I would love to hear about your blogging journey so far - what got you started, things that have changed since then - I'm sure many new bloggers would love to hear any tips and tricks for starting a blog, too.
You could also post anecdotes from your life! How you and Dave met, childhood memories, or interactions with people who inspire you.
You could highlight your favourite place to visit in your town (coffeeshops, independent boutiques, restaurants, pubs, etc.) and perhaps put together a 'visitor's guide' for the area you live!
    I hope that helps!
Above all, write about whatever inspires you :)
    Keep well!

  11. I actually really enjoyed your post about cactii and succulents - if you do any work in the garden it would be lovely to have some inspiration as I lack green fingers.

  16. I like reading what people think about and what they do as if it were an actual journal. Not many people write blogs like that but I always love photos included.
