DOT Matrix...

Monday, October 24, 2011

I joked on twitter today that I may have to get a boat home from work due to the insane flooding and storms here.. it wasn't so funny when I actually thought I was gonna have to abandon my car when two rivers burst their banks and flooded two of my only routes home.. I finally manage to get home after a little off roading ( not advised in a micra) to find my roof has sprung a leak and I now have a wet soggy bed..boo... I hate the rain..

Jumper: H&M, Skirt: Peacocks, Ankle boots: Asos, Bag: c/o FrankandDoll, Turquoise ring: H&M, Gothic ring: Paris market and grey jewel ring: Apres Btq, Necklace: Topman.

This little black bag (LBB) has become permanently attached to my hand..Im extremely fussy when it comes to the quality of handbags esp black ones..this one is pure luxe in my book.
Lined with purple satin and four sections inside with loads of zippy pockets to hold all my essentials.. I have yet to lose my keys in it which in my world is a pretty big deal. :)

Love your outfit :) Can't go wrong with polka dots!
I don't know why, but I was a bit surprised to see the skirt was from Peacocks - dunno, just wasn't what I was expecting.. Looks expensive!

  3. Sorry to hear about your flooding and leak problem. That's never fun.
Yesterday my washer for some strange reason started to leak...like every in that room. Then when I went downstairs I discovered it was leaking through the ceiling as well. It's never a fun clean up job.
Hope you, your community and bed are drying up!

  8. That is such a shame that your roof leaked. I would hate for that to happen to me. So, big hugs to you for that and also, you need a big hug and a big ol' mug of Lemsip! I read your tweets about being poorly. I hope you get better soon.

  25. Lordy, that sucks! We have a leaky roof in the stair (which is to be fixed soon and is going to cost £££s but that's by the by) and that's bad enough, never mind it actually getting in the house. I hope someone else offer a corner of their bed! Loving the polka dot jumper x
