The colour of fire...

Monday, October 31, 2011

Ok major apologies for lack of posting in almost a week! I cant believe it! Between travelling to London and also catching a slight fever flu thing that made me feel dizzy and totally out of it the week has flown by..
These photos were taken weeks ago...and its probably a total faux pas posting the same skirt two outfit posts in a row but hopefully you guys wont mind :)

I had such an amazing time in London, I flew over to attend the Cosmo Blog Awards, my blog was short listed for best established fashion blog. I wasnt lucky enough to win but just being short listed was such an honor.
When I first started my blog I didnt have a clue what I was doing, I had an email address and a bebo (cringe) and nothing else..I honestly thought it was something I would do for a few months (or weeks) and then give up...But I got so hooked at developing it, at developing my style and meeting and talking to like minded creative people that now I dont think Ill ever stop! Ill be a granny posting outfit photos...blue rinse and all..
So I wanna say thank you to everyone who has ever stopped by, scanned a post, left one or many comments. I know people say it all the time but it really does mean so much to me! Im just a wee country bumpkin blogger living in little Northern Ireland. Im so happy to be able to talk and meet some of you lovely people and be inspired by your blogs. You've helped shape my blog and helped shape me.. xo

  31. I've just recently discovered your blog and wanted to compliment you on it and your nomination too. The pockets on your skirt and yellow polka dots are whimsical and cute. The colours of your outifit are wonderfully appropriate for some autumn fire or sunshine or clouds too.

    Great work again.
