Scarf: M&S, Chopping Board: Tiger, Candle: Primark, Cactus: gift from a friend, Coasters: Oliver Bonas, Ceramic Container c/o Asda.
Dave & I have been focusing this past year on doing up our nursery and also stripping back our big living room and starting from scratch with new flooring, new fireplace and papering and painting the walls. Little touches and details have been put on hold but they can make such a difference to a space. So I thought id share some little things Ive collected recently for my home that Im loving...
Ive got really into candles recently, Im not big on super scented ones but ones with a fresh light scent are my fav. I loved the simple modern design of this one above and it smells great as well, plus from Primark the price was a mega win. The amazing marble and gold coasters where a gift from Daves mum for Christmas from Oliver Bonas, I love anything monogrammed and gold so I cant resist having these sitting out at all times on my kitchen table.
This beautiful weave wall hanging was made for me by the lovely Zoe P Rose, the girl is seriously super talented and so kind to reach out and offer to make this for me our nursery. In the end because my mum ended up making us a large wall hanging for our nursery as a surprise I have hung this weave in our entry hall for everyone to see when they first arrive.
Our kitchen was the first room we redecorated when we moved in, ripping the whole thing out and redesigning it. But wall decor and finishing touches were things I kept putting off or not getting round to. I bought this mint green clock to match our subway tiles last year and finally got around to getting it up on the wall! The little box shelf was a new purchase from Sostrene Grene (my new favourite shop!) and I love having a few of my favourite items out on display, it really helps finish off our kitchen.
Sometimes the little touches are the best ones!
