I ended up having a pretty lazy weekend.. Dave and I visited a little cupcake cafe in the city and I tried their chocolate peanut butter milkshake, it was possibly the best thing Ive ever tasted but I dread to think how bad it was for me..really gotta get the new years resolutions in to gear and eat better!

Jumper: H&M, Velvet leggings: River Island, Boots: M&S, Multi chain necklace: River Island.
It was insanely sunny yet freezing when these photos where taken you cant fully make out the little pop art-esque owls on my jumper. The pink colour is actually more of a florescent pink but it looks baby pink here.. Im living in these velvet leggings at the min, they are comfy, warm and luxe looking which makes them easy to dress up or down..
slightly late which is so typical me! I thought id share my new year resolutions:
Visit at least one new foreign country...
Visit NYC again...
Stop drinking full fat coke...
Go on more weekend trips...
Cut down from 2 sugars in my tea to one sugar...
Take up a yoga class...
Learn how to use my Diana cameras...
Experiment and cook more...
Love to hear your guys resolutions?

oh i love this jumper. i pretty much love anything with owls on though! also, am very jealous of your lush hair! x
ReplyDeleteYou probably get asked this a lot but is this your natural hair colour, Vicki? If not, tell me what shade you're using! It's the exact auburn I'm after. Loving the whole outfit but especially the H&M jumper ;-)
ReplyDeleteLove the jumper, my friend G has a massive obsession with owls so I bet she would love it too!
ReplyDeleteHannah xx

ReplyDeleteYour H&M is SO much better than the ones I have around here, that is such a cute jumper!
ReplyDeleteResolutions? Hmmm. I'm trying to only make ones that make me happy. Such as, go to the movies at least once a month. Learn how to cook new things. And yes, of course, eat better and exercise more.
I love this outfit the jumper is gorgeous xx

I love my Diana camera! I hope you really enjoy yours when you start using it, it's so much fun! My first roll came out terrible and 10 rolls later I'm still learning! I've got a lot of good photos though!
ReplyDeleteI think having a flash for it is vital, you really don't realise how 'dark' some scenes are when taking photos - especially indoors. I also have a lot of fun with expired film because the colour effects are so unpredictable so rarely buy film that's in date. Oh and make sure you buy some slide film - it's how you create those crazy bright coloured 'traditional' Lomography photos. If you google x-pro/cross processing/slide film you get a lot of info.
Wow, I went of on a bit of a ramble here! Sorry if you already knew a lot of this stuff, I just get so excited when people mention the Diana. :) xx
Ive been after some velvet leggings for ages but am never quite sure what to pair with them. I didnt know if they could be "casual" but you proved to me that they can! I might invest in a a pair now!

ReplyDeleteLove the resolutions! I honestly think coke zero is fairly similar in taste to normal coke, so I have no qualms drinking it. And I need to cut down to one tea spoon of sugar in my tea also... but I doubt I will haha!

What a lovely jumper! Good luck with your resolutions. One of my resolutions is to start growing my own food - even if it's just a tomato plant in my back yard (I don't have a garden, but I'm on the council waiting list for an allotment).
