Raindrops and Sprinkles...

Im glad the snow has finally melted but I must say it created some very pretty backdrops for taking photos.
This jumper has been seen on many a blogger in the nude/peach colour with white spots, im not one to jump on trend or hyped item just for the sake of it. I know the more popular nude tone would make me look like an ill zombie with my pale skin tone and gingery hair..
But as Ive said Im a sucker for a print, never mind a print on a cozy practical jumper..

Yes im wearing the same high waisted skirt again! I just cant help it! Its so practical and goes with everything...I had planned on wearing cream and black heeled brogues with this outfit but the snow over Christmas just made anything other than boots impossible..

Christmas polka dots...

Hello! and Merry Christmas everyone! Im currently sittin in my pj's eating Christmas cake for breakfast... I love how all meals kinda blend into one this time of year.. chocolate at 9am, sure no probs.. I had a great Christmas and was totally spoiled with presents!

These photos were taken on Christmas Eve and were meant to be up on Xmas day, but with all the festivities that never happened! I headed out on Christmas Eve with friends and Dave for a few drinks and this is what i wore..

Where the wildfox roam...

So time for another Take Ten Challenge! This time a Wildfox t-shirt, which i must say I LOVE!
The jersey fabric is soft and comfy and the boyfriend fit lends itself to be worn with loads of things.. I dont do tight clothes or body con clothes it just, ain't my style. I buy high waisted skirts a size bigger so there is no chance of them cutting into me if I eat a big meal or i wanna sit cross legged on the floor and play with my pugs..comfort to me is key. This T-shirt fits my criteria perfectly and is fast becoming my favourite tee ever!

Im a major lover of prints, as you know if you read my blog alot..I love the branding on this tee and the fact that its subtle enough that I can wear another print with it, without it being over kill..

Dear Santa...

I love this time of year, I love picking thoughtful presents for my friends and family and seeing their faces when they open them.. I hadn't really given much thought to what i wanted until I saw all the wish lists and collages from other bloggers.. then it got me thinking.. they are kind of addictive once you start!

The snow here is now 8 inches!! After an eventful Christmas party out on Thursday night I was forced to abandon my car on the street and stay at Daves for a few days until I could get a lift home in my Dads jeep.. with more snow falling outside as I write this I dont think Ill be going anywhere for the next few days. Snow, Suede, Fur...

The snow has melted here over the weekend but it is said to come back in blizzard form on Thursday...urgh! Im kinda sick of it, I lived in wellington boots for over a week and I dont wanna go back to them!

Finally debuting my new fur hat! I saw one on Asos I wanted for ages but this one from H&M was a steal at 6.99 that I just couldn't resist. Combined with my Primark cardigan (which Ive been living in recently) it kept me so cosy even in the snow!

HO! HO! and Snow...

Apologies for the delay in posts this week, Christmas shopping and visiting a sick boyfriend has kept me busy..
The snow has finally started to thaw here and Ive been able to venture out of the house, these are a few photos I took while I was snowed in...

My surprises for you guys have been delayed by the snow and lack of post delivered to my house..but I promise I will disclose all details in the next few days!

My plans for the weekend are...X Factor ( of course!) Christmas shopping, doing a bit of charity work tomorrow afternoon collecting Christmas presents for unprivileged kids who wouldnt really get them at this time of year..Im also getting my hair dyed tonight, my hair dresser quit and now works from home so she is coming to my house to dye my hair. She wants to try a new technique on me, she will dye by hair the red tone I chose then plait it and paint bleach over the ends of the plaits! Sounds cool so I cant wait to see how it turns out! :)
