Something Personal..

So i had hoped that id have time to do a proper blog post tonight but time has slipped away from me.. Im just leaving this message as I am going into hospital tomorrow for key hole surgery..
so depending on how it goes i may not be on my blog for awhile or i maybe so bored lying in bed all day that ill be on it all the time! Either way don't forget about me ill be back posting soon i hope! :)

I Heart You...

I have a slight shoe addiction, and when i saw these plastic fantastic heels i wanted them all!!
The blue ones with the red heart remind of Alice in Wonderland they are so quirky!
They are made by a Brazilian shoe designer called Melissa Plastic Dreams i first came across these beauties at a fashion show in London in Feb, i begged with them to sell me a pair from the runway at wholesale price, lol no such luck! But they are now finally available on Asos the heart and bow heels are made by Vivienne Westwood for Melissa and are retailing at £88 the wedge heels in the middle are made solely by Melissa and are more affordable at £45-50 and are scented different flavours depending on the colour!!! Love them!! xx

bicycles, beaches and foreign beers..

Finally got some photos up from my short trip to Holland, had an amazing time! Loved the laid back atmosphere and how everyone travels everywhere on old fashioned bicycles!
In the top photo of me Im wearing asos long vest, zara leggings, topsop handbag, faith sandals.
In the second pic (looking a bit wind swept after cycling) im wearing asos yellow sun dress, M&S leggings, zara black blazer and anna lou london V necklace. Also thought id inc a photo of me and lovely other half dave, who is still out in Holland til end of Sept.

Winter Woolies..

So I'm back from Holland, had an amazing time didn't want to come home! Back a day and back in full swing of manic work we are currently starting to show our buyers the collections for Spring Summer 2010 which is exciting but I thought id share with you some photos for Winter I know its still Summer but the weather in Ireland is non stop rain so might have to ditch the flip flops and get out the wellington boots soon!
These pics are from a french range we work with called Cocomenthe, I am loving the fur hat and knit cape in the first photo!! I'm gonna get photos from Holland up asap, as soon as i unpack my suitcase! xx

Plain & Simple...

I went to visit a friend for a dvd marathon and i wanted something plain and simple to wear, also comfy as i intended on eating a lot of chocolate and ice cream. This outfit isn't exactly the most exciting thing, but not everyday I can dress that way so i wanted to share these pics.

Through the wardrobe to Narnia..

I ripped this out of Vogue last month, its Florence from Florence of the machines and looks into whats in her wardrobe. I love this pic its like a treasure trove of goodies surrounding her! I thought it was interesting to see a list of what is in her wardrobe, so decided id do the same and see whats in my wardrobe!

My Pretty...

My new pretty purchases!!

The dress was hard to photograph outside as it was so windy! But it is real cute puff ball shape with small pockets (i love a dress with pockets!) It was a steal at £14!! in a random boutique called bamboo. The pink suede bag is Topshop £35, the pearls are Primark £3, the mat pink blusher is by No7 and was on offer for £4, its a great shade giving the effect of a china doll!

The notebook is from paperchase and was a must have purchase because i cant go anywhere without a notebook!

Apologies for lack of replys to peoples commments i promise I will reply to everyone today :)Work has been mega busy this week, we are currently receiving all the new collections from our designers for Spring/Summer 2010 so its dead exciting to see what will be in for next year!

4) I am superstitious about magpies, black cats, walking under ladders and breaking mirrors.

5) Im apparently allergic to pork but i continue to eat bacon cause i love it!

6) Ive watched every episode of friends like a million times and know all the words.

7) Edward Scissor Hands scared the crap outta me as a kid, ive never watched it since.

8) I use to believe the easter bunny was real ( clearly i led a very sheltered childhood!)

9) Im a natural blonde, i started dying it shades of red when i was 22 much to my mothers horror but now its kinda an auburny colour and she actually thinks it suits me better than blonde. ha!

10) I love taking photos of everything and carry my camera in my handbag everywhere, im starting a night course in photography in September so hopefully ill get better!

Being a fairly new blogger Ive only just discovered Polyvore, a great website for creating mood boards. Fairly addictive and Ive only been a member for a day! This is my second attempt at creating a 'set' as they call them. Having a love for miss Ashley Olsen and all things fairytale I tried to combine them!!
